We are Jolanda Kwint and Vera Burg, owners of The BBQ Ranch.

BBQ Ranch was born from a deep passion for the craft of barbecue. What started as experimenting in the backyard quickly grew into a serious challenge: the world of KCBS competitions.

For years we refined and sharpened our techniques. After our third competition year came the crowning achievement we worked so hard for: European Champion EBCC and 2nd in the world with ribs. Over the past two years we traveled throughout Europe to get better, learn and grow — and eventually claim that title.

But BBQ Ranch is not about "competition vibes". Quite the opposite.

The Ranch has existed for two years now and was created because we love sharing our passion with others, in a way that is warm, cozy and accessible. With us, everyone can be themselves: one person is barbecuing, another sits at the bar, plays a game of pool or simply enjoys being together.

BBQ Ranch is a place where you can escape the hustle and bustle with family, friends or colleagues — and where it feels like you're "home", but with fire, good food and a relaxed atmosphere. You fill the day exactly as you want.

Vera is a true food enthusiast and home cook at heart. Three years ago she also fell in love with barbecuing, because everything you do at home with tasting, making and perfecting can be so beautifully translated to cooking over fire. And that's exactly where we found each other.

Together we create unforgettable BBQ experiences, with one thing as the foundation: togetherness.
